I am a Clinician-in-Training at the University of The District of Columbia working under the supervision of Jamaal A. Crone, M.Ed., MAR, LPC. My goal is to provide a safe space for personal reflection and growth. I see the therapeutic relationship as a pathway to deeper self-awareness, stronger relationships and a greater sense of well-being.
I would categorize my style as “keeping it real”, but may incorporate an eclectic blend of the therapeutic approaches that feel most appropriate for the conversation. These approaches may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation strategies.
I am passionate about working collaboratively to create flexible self-care routines that work for each individual. In my personal time, I enjoy dancing, playing chess and doing stand-up comedy.
